Is Lilly Pilly Florist a real shop?
Yes. Unlike many of the the floral outlets on the internet, we are a real "Bricks and Mortar" shop located in Moe. This means that you are dealing directly with us and you will receive maximum value and personalised service from staff who care. Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Saturday 9am - 1pm.

We pride ourselves on sourcing our flowers direct from the growers both locally and around Melbourne several times a week. We have one of the largest displays in Gippsland of stunning fresh flowers that you can also individually select for your own floral creation. Whether it is for a bouquet, tablecentre to a cake top, there is an abundance of choice for you. 

We also have a large array of gifts including locally crafted candles and diffusers, iron fairies created from Western Australia Pilbara iron, vases, plants, terrariums, artificial flowers, scarves, balloons, teddybears and chocolates.

Delivery information
We accept same day deliveries. Out of town deliveries need to be received by 2pm to allow us enough time. Please ensure the correct and full address is provided and a phone number if possible. Don't forget your card message!

If time permits, you are welcome to post a handwritten message to us or drop one in to 12 Moore Street Moe and we will deliver it with your flowers. It is essential that you contact us to make suitable arrangements. We can also send gift vouchers or gifts to accompany your flowers if you drop these in.

If the recipient isnt home a card filled out with delivery information will be left in the letterbox. The flowers will only be left if it is safe to leave and weather conditions are suitable.

We deliver to most towns in around the Gippsland area. If your town does not appear below, please contact us as we are more than happy to work something out with you.

Substitution Policy
Please be aware that some flowers are seasonal and may not be available for various reasons. A suitable substitution will then be made of equal or greater value.

Do I need to "create an account" to order?
No. We don't ask you to create an account nor do we send spam as a result of ordering with us. However, as part of the checkout process, our system does offer you the opportunity to create an account. 

Can I cancel my online order?
Yes, if the order hasn't already been made up. In some cases, there may be an administration charge of $10 (but this is rare). Please call the shop on 03 5127 8122 as soon as possible.

I have a strange/unique request, can you do it?
Yes. We do this all the time. Please contact us and we'll endeavour to make exactly what you are after.

 Can i pick up an arrangement?
Pick up is available from our flower boutique at 12 Moore Street Moe. We have a large selection of bouquets and arrangements in various colours at all times should you wish to call in and select one yourself. We can also make you something to suit your individual taste while you wait.

I cannot find what I want?
Please contact us and we can make up a special order to your requirements.

What payments do you accept?
Credit card or Paypal is accepted for online orders. Visa and Mastercard is accepted for phone orders. Credit card or cash is accepted for instore purchases.
